Yesterday IPL Match Highlights & Result – CSK vs DC (10th April 2021): The 2nd match of the IPL 2021 was played yesterday between Delhi Capitals and Chennai Super Kings.
Delhi Capitals didn’t face any difficulties and won the match by 7 wickets.

Chennai Super Kings won the toss and elected to bat first.
They soon lost their 1st wicket in the 2nd over only when Faf Du Plessis was declared lbw on the bowling of Avesh Khan.
Rituraj Gaikwad also went to pavilion on the 1st ball of the 3rd over. He got out on 5 on the bowling of Chris Woakes and Dhawan took his catch.
3rd wicket of CSK’s innings fell down as Moeen Ali who got out at after adding 36 runs to CSK innings. He tried to pace up CSK’s scorecard and hit back to back sixes on Ashwin’s bowling but he got out on just the next delivery.
Suresh Raina and Sam Curran propelled the CSK to 188 where Raina scored 54 runs of 32 balls and Curran also played a powerful innings of 34 runs in just 15 balls.
Both these players took CSK to 188 runs at the loss of 7 wickets.
In its reply, Delhi capitals made a stunning start where Prithvi Shaw (72 for 38) and Shikhar Dhawan (85 of 54) made sure that Delhi don’t face any troubles chasing this total.
Both of them made a strong partnership for the 1st wicket and added 138 runs together.
After the 1st wicket of Prithvi Shaw, Dhawan made sure that Delhi wins comfortably.
Other than both, Pant scored 15 runs not out and Marcus Stoinis scored 14 runs.
